Lovely location, easy walk to town, comfortable rooms & good bathroom
Not sure it's value for money, but I'm not sure anywhere in Queenstown is, you are definitely paying a premium for it being a tourist hotspot! They don't wash your mugs & glasses!

It’s clean and modern. Staff are friendly and accomodating.
Not complete toiletries. I was expecting to be in the upper level for better viewing. No bar snacks inside the hotel room to purchase.
